Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join our team.

What you will do:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting senior members of the sales team handling group and leisure.

• Handle reactive group inquiries from initial lead to signed contract, with a preference for experience in meetings, events, and group bookings.

• Provide full support to the Senior Sales Manager across both Reservations and Sales coordination.

• Organize and coordinate site visits, show rounds, and events.

• Support with travel arrangements for clients and team members as needed.

• Assist in maintaining accurate reports and supporting overall sales planning efforts.

What we are looking for:

• At least one years’ experience in a similar role.

• Strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative/computer skills.

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

• Confident and professional telephone manner.

• Knowledge of Opera and Salesforce systems preferred.

• Flexibility to travel other UK properties (if needed) and to work on weekends and varied shifts.

• On-site role at Four Seasons Park Lane London.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
