Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will support the Business Development Southeast territory team, delivering their expertise with high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Ideal candidates for this role will have a self-starter mindset, enabling them to effectively contribute to growth across several brands offering pet insurance as part of the Independence Pet Group’s (IPG) employee benefits portfolio.
Job Location: Remote
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales opportunities and existing accounts using Zoho CRM.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
- Generate new leads leveraging various web tools, including ZoomInfo and Benefit Flow.
- Occasionally host webinars with agents and clients.
- Appoint agents following state-specific laws.
Knowledge & Skills:
- A sense of urgency to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to switch gears quickly in a high-volume, task-oriented environment without compromising accuracy.
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members across departments.
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge about several IPG brands.
Required Education & Experience:
- Proficiency with PC-based tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Possession of a Property & Casualty License or the ability to obtain one within 45 days of hire.
