Job DescriptionThe Sales Coordinator will assist in facilitating the effective execution of sales operations by aligning customer requirements with internal processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and maintaining accurate sales information. Through proactive communication, effective coordination, and operational oversight, the role enables timely order fulfilment, strengthens customer relationships, and supports the achievement of sales objectives and overall business performance.
Facilitate the coordination of quotations, sales orders, and commercial documentation by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with customer requirements and internal commercial processes.
Enable efficient order fulfilment by aligning Sales activities with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance, supporting timely delivery, effective resource coordination, and a seamless customer experience.
Maintain reliable and up-to-date customer, pricing, and sales information through systematic record management and regular data updates, enabling informed decision-making and effective sales operations.
Support responsive customer service by proactively monitoring inquiries, quotations, pending orders, and delivery commitments, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Strengthen sales planning and performance visibility by consolidating relevant data into reports, forecasts, presentations, and management summaries that support decision-making and progress towards sales objectives.
Facilitate the timely and accurate submission of product samples, tenders, and contract documentation by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and adhering to internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable commercial standards.
Contribute to the effectiveness of the Sales function by supporting departmental priorities and continuous operational needs, ensuring coordination, process consistency, and alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field from a recognized University.
- Sales/Marketing certificate would be an added advantage.
