We are looking for a motivated and
enthusiastic Sales coordinator to join our team. This role is suitable for
freshers who are interested in Telesales, customer communication, and business
development. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with
customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services,
and generating sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
· Make
cold calls to all prospects received through digital marketing / & other
social media leads & close the business calls effectively.
· Generate
new leads.
· Build
trust and clarity about the products + services of AMML on customer/client's
call.
· Coordinate
with appropriate teams + ensure the customers/prospects calls are supported
with right answers for all the queries.
· Track
& close sales prospects who have shown interest in buying our products.
· Coordinate
with assembly for virtual display of machines performance in running condition.
· Communicate
effectively, without any delay on the details requested by the prospects.
Requirements
· Any
technical / science degree [DME / DEEE / BE / BTech / BSc (Phy. / Chem)].
· Min
1 year of experience in Telesales / CRM.
· Good
in communication – English, Vernacular & Hindi (speak).
· Willing
to relocate to Coimbatore (Accommodation will be available for outstation
candidates).
· Freshers
with good communication skills in HINDI, & keen interest to learn are also
welcome.
Skills Required
- Technical or science degree such as DME, DEEE, BE, BTech, or BSc in Physics or Chemistry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or CRM
- Strong spoken communication skills in English, a vernacular language, and Hindi
- Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore
- Freshers with strong Hindi communication skills and willingness to learn may apply
