About the opportunity
As a Sales Coordinator, you play an essential role in enabling commercial success by providing operational, administrative, and coordination support to Sales teams and key internal stakeholders. Acting as a central point of coordination, you help ensure smooth execution of sales processes, accurate data management, and timely resolution of customer and business needs.
In this role, you collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support quote generation, order fulfillment, CRM administration, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain high levels of accuracy, and build strong stakeholder relationships contributes directly to operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience.
Your tasks include
  • Generating and managing sales quotations in Salesforce (SFDC) while coordinating with Customer Care, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to support successful order fulfillment.
  • Maintaining accurate customer, account, contact, pricing, and opportunity data within Salesforce and other business systems to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Preparing customer-specific reports, pricing files, sales analyses, and administrative documentation to support commercial activities and decision-making.
  • Coordinating and communicating stakeholder requirements, process updates, and operational activities to ensure alignment across Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Participating in sales team meetings, supporting ongoing commercial initiatives, and providing coverage or interim support where required.
  • Managing escalations and administrative inquiries by partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective resolutions.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities, reporting operational gaps, and supporting initiatives that enhance efficiency, data quality, and customer satisfaction.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in sales support, sales coordination, sales operations, customer operations, or a similar administrative role within a fast-paced commercial environment is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, SAP, or other CRM/ERP platforms is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
