Position Summary:
The Senior Coordinator – Order Entry is responsible for executing complex order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across Channel, AC Power, Thermal, and GSA accounts. The role supports the Order‑to‑Cash cycle by performing advanced order validations, milestone billing, and handling complex SFA/ETO configurations.
As an escalation and subject‑matter resource, the Senior Coordinator resolves complex customer issues, ensures adherence to order quality standards, supports junior coordinators through coaching and knowledge sharing, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processes all Channel, AC Power and Thermal, and GSA Accounts orders within the required turnaround time of not exceeding 48 hours.
- Ensures 95% of orders received one (1) hour before the end of shift are touched or reviewed.
- Validates CPQ quote to ensure accuracy of order versus submitted purchase order.
- Checks PO according to Vertiv order quality checklist
- Performs any reporting activity or task assigned by immediate
- supervisor as needed, or in fulfillment of and in relation to essential
- functions.
- Smoothly performs milestone billing on Project Orders, processes both standard and auto-config and complex SFA/ETO orders across all product lines.
- Ensures Order-to-Cash processes are completed efficiently.
- Participates and identifies basic and recurring quality check audits to ensure compliance with order entry standards, identifies and recommends solutions to recurring order entry issues.
- Coordinates with internal teams or customers to resolve complex issues, order discrepancies, clarifications, etc, for timely resolutions.
- Reviews and adheres to established Vertiv policies and market memos
- 11.. Provides peer support by sharing best practices, coaching, guidance with junior Coordinators.
- Ensures system and data integrity to drive operational efficiency.
- Identifies, understands and associates crucial information on ETO/SFA whether it's for an entire system or ship loose items for all applicable product lines.
- Helps facilitate onboarding training of new hires and / or refresher sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree of any 4-year course
- 3-5 year experience in Customer Service
- 2-year experience with Vertiv Customer service environment
