Position: Sales Coordinator
The Employee shall serve as Sales Coordinator and shall be responsible for supporting Brompton’s sales, customer service, and commercial operations across Japan.
The Employee’s duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Supporting sales operations and customer service activities across the Japan market, including handling customer inquiries and coordinating after-sales and warranty support, while ensuring a high level of service to trade customers and end users.
- Supporting the sales of Brompton bicycles, parts, accessories, and related products.
- Building and maintaining relationships with trade customers to support the achievement of agreed sales objectives.
- Managing customer orders and coordinating order allocation in line with production and supply plans.
- Assisting with sales forecasting, sales reporting, inventory management, order planning, and analysis of market performance.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the efficient execution of commercial and operational activities.
- Monitoring customer accounts, identifying business risks and opportunities, and supporting appropriate follow-up actions, including payment collection in accordance with company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records and data within the Company’s systems.
- Performing such other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned by the Company from time to time.
The Employee shall report to the Japan Sales Manager or Sales Operations Manager as may be designated by the Company.
