General Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, customer service, and account management activities. This role is responsible for coordinating new account setups, processing sales documentation, maintaining accurate records, assisting customers and internal teams, and providing administrative support to help drive customer satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
Pay: $50,000-55,000/year
As a Sales Coordinator with us, the minimum responsibilities are:
- Perform data entry of sales representatives’ paperwork into internal systems
- Coordinate the setup and installation of new accounts between departments
- Assisting the sales team by managing schedules, filing documents, and communicating relevant information
- Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer
- Maintain appropriate files and documentation, per company policy and internal control
- Respond to customer inquiries – via phone and email and resolve customer issues
- Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve issues or complaints
- Contributing to sales strategies, assisting in developing promotional materials, and participating in marketing campaigns
- Support company visibility and brand awareness on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
- 2-3 years of customer service/admin/office experience
- Accurate data entry skills & customer service skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Written and Oral communication skills
- Critical and logical thinking skills
