Sales Coordinator (Pricing)

Mandate:

Reporting to the department manager, the  Sales Coordinator (Pricing) is responsible for pricing and procurement activities, while ensuring operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction. The candidate will maintain updated tariffs so that Delmar can provide competitive pricing to clients on our complete product offering. The candidate will also be responsible for updating the internal pricing database. Finally, the candidate will provide support to the Customer Relationship and Business Development team. 

• Responsible for pricing and procurement activities 

• Providing Quotes and Margin Analysis 

• Comfortable with RFP costing files 

• Maintain updated tariffs so that Delmar can provide competitive pricing to clients on our complete product offering 

• Updating the internal pricing database 

• Provide support to the Customer Relationship and Business Development team. 

• Create reports based on pricing structure

Requirements:

•  College degree or equivalent 
• 1-3 year's experience within the freight forwarding industry in pricing 
• CIFFA certification considered an asset 
• Knowledge of ocean and air imports and/or exports considered an asset 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Proficient in MS Office365, Salesforce and Cargowise
