Job Summary:

The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the sales team and EVP of Sales by managing operations, facilitating communication, and executing sales activities. This role requires strong organization, effective communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will align sales efforts with revenue goals, assist with interdepartmental coordination, provide administrative support, help with small-group sales, manage sales marketing activities, and foster customer relationships through prompt and professional service. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and works well across departments to improve efficiency and business growth.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

  • Oversee daily progress toward major company objectives
  • Generate weekly reports for leadership review
  • Develop and maintain sales presentations
  • Partner with Project Management, Implementation, and Consulting teams
  • Support sales efforts and handle client communications
  • Monitor sales results, assess trends, and create reports for leadership covering both sales and product pipelines
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to drive organization-wide product adoption and success

Minimum Requirements for Education, Experience, and Certifications/Licenses:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prefer 2+ years’ experience in sales assistant role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. High degree of professionalism.
  2. Ability to interpret industry policies and contract documents, proposals, and other documentation.
  3. Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills and command of the English language
  5. Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as percentages, adding, subtracting, multiplying and division to required tasks.
  6. High degree of critical thinking, organizational and decision-making skills.
  7. High degree of initiative and passion to succeed.
  8. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet objectives and deadlines established, often with short turnaround times.
  10. Ability to maintain positive and beneficial relationships with numerous internal departments, external customers, vendor agents, and subscribers.
  11. Proficient in MS Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  12. Ability to comply with company confidentiality requirements as well as with HIPAA and other applicable government regulations.

The base salary range for this position is $53,000.00 – $85,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
