Job Description
The Sales Coordinator role is a strong sales driver responsible for meeting and exceeding the sales objectives for channels in the Los Angeles Metro area as well as maintaining all MFK visual standards. This position is responsible for overseeing daily business activities of counter associates. Their focus must result in maximized retail sales and increased market share. The Sales Coordinator needs to achieve excellence in client experience, point of sale execution, via coaching and developing the teams, ensuring adherence to all brand merchandising guidelines and standards as well partnering with store management as an advocate for the brand. Ideal candidates will need an entrepreneurial spirit, exuberant personality and an ability to coordinate and deliver high-quality work. They will be responsible for driving passion and excitement across the stores with a strong emphasis on achieving company goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
• To coach, motivate and develop team to achieve individual goals and targets
• On-boarding new hires via hands-on coaching and training at counter
• Ensure all VM directives are executed and that standards are always maintained
• Ensure all team members are adhering to, the MFK best business practices at all times
• Leads by example with team and demonstrates a mentoring style of management
• Work with counters on administrative responsibilities- daily sales recaps, no cost orders for testers and samples, schedules.
• Identify any education needs so a plan of action can be developed in cooperation with training director
• Executing and supporting events.
• Monitor business and analyze results for all counters in territory to recognize areas of opportunity, areas of growth, and CRM opportunities to build and impact on overall business. Be aware of department trend and ranking MTD, STD, and YTD
• Communicate brand/product performance as well as competitive performance and activity
• Maintaining brand image by monitoring product merchandising, staff presentation and counter cleanliness and organization
• In partnership with Associate Regional Sales Director, work with store management to address any issues or concerns
• Responsible for the timing execution of all in store marketing programs
• Managing never outs and managing appropriate inventory levels.
• Keeping counter staff well informed and supplied with the proper tools for them to manage their daily businesses
• Managing personal expenses and maintaining a budget for those expenses
• Maintaining excellent customer relations both internally and externally
• Reporting daily business results and opportunities
• High level of communication on successes and opportunities as well as any business concerns.
• Monitor and communicate no cost inventory needs
• Execute trainings as needed based on promotional activity and department needs.
Qualifications
• Position requires minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales & administrative duties. Business or counter manager experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel
• Goal driven with a competitive spirit and drive to exceed goals
• Highest level of professionalism, calm under pressure, operate with a high level of integrity
• Ability to travel between locations.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $65k-$75k.
