Position Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator supporting the Canadian Tire and RONA accounts within our Floorcare Division.

You will work closely with the Sr. National Account Manager and Sales Leads to manage day-to-day sales activities, execute sales initiatives, and help drive business growth. This role will require strong organization, creativity, and communication skills to support retail-specific strategies and ensure Floorcare delivers best-in-class solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with Sales Leads to develop and maintain promotional calendars and product launch timelines specific to Canadian Tire and RONA.

  • Prepare and maintain monthly competitive landscapes and feature matrix of competitors

  • Ad analysis and retail information

  • Gather and organize information for launching new products from the manufacturing stage to execution in store

  • Assist Canadian Tire and RONA new product set-up process (pricing, new product onboarding engineering change notices, SKU set up sheets, cost change forms)

  • Assist with developing sales and POS presentations

  • Update and maintain tracking sheets and line summaries

  • Maintain Retailer PDPs and the online brand content

  • Run weekly sales reports and provide POS analysis to identify sales trends, customer purchasing behaviors, and inventory performance, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize promotional effectiveness.

  • Assist in managing customer service claims by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution, while supporting quality reporting by tracking issues, identifying recurring trends, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Participate in set-up and networking at Trade Shows and other in-person events when required.

  • Other duties as required.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Branding or Merchandising

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing or other relevant field

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Analytical and curious to understand market and customer insights.

  • Can translate business goals into action plans and develops contingency plan.
