We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator/Executive to join our vibrant team. As a Sales Coordinator/Executive you inject a heightened sense of ambition, a focus on delivering results, and a genuine passion for engaging with customers into the fabric of our dynamic Sales Team. Your role is pivotal in crafting memorable experiences for our clients, and your dedication to excellence sets the stage for unparalleled success in our events sales endeavors.

  • Cultivate client relationships, grasp their meeting needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Promote meeting spaces, achieving revenue targets by effectively selling hotel offerings.
  • Coordinate event logistics, ensuring meticulous planning from room setup to catering and AV requirements.
  • Prepare and manage event contracts, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
  • Maintain clear and prompt client communication, addressing special requests or changes.
  • Provide administrative support, preparing reports and managing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments for a seamless guest experience.
  • Collect client feedback to enhance meeting and event services continually.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills for effective promotion of event spaces and services.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities for coordinating multiple events simultaneously.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate management of all event logistics.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and unexpected challenges.
