  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual reporting and analysis
  • Apply advanced analytics (e.g. predictive forecasting, pricing optimization) and AI-supported tools to enhance decision-making
  • Work with cost and commercial data across multiple ERP and CRM environments, building an understanding of their logic to support profitability analysis in a multi-country setup
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and impactful messages tailored to different audiences

What you bring

  • Several years of experience in sales controlling, business controlling, or a similar commercial finance role
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of sales performance drivers and profitability
  • Proven ability to interact confidently with senior management and influence decision-making
  • Experience in supporting commercial activities, such as pricing decisions, customer profitability analysis, and/or negotiations
  • Strong capability in forecasting, scenario modelling, and forward-looking analysis
  • Ability and curiosity to leverage analytics, automation, and AI tools to work smarter and drive better commercial outcomes
  • Advanced experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI), Excel, and complex data handling in a business context
  • Ability to understand and work with cost and commercial data across complex ERP and CRM environments, and to apply this understanding in a multi-country sales controlling setup
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor financial messages to senior leaders and non-financial stakeholders
  • Proactive, structured, and independent way of working in a complex, international environment
  • Fluency in English (other languages are considered an asset)
