Job Purpose:
Our Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships in an assigned territory. This role focuses on selling manufacturing products and solutions by understanding customer needs, demonstrating technical knowledge, and providing consultative service to drive revenue growthJob Responsibilities:
● Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.● Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular on-site meetings, product updates, and service follow-ups.
● Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to sales management.
● Collaborate with engineering, production, and customer service teams to develop customized solutions and ensure delivery expectations are met.
● Understand technical aspects of the company's manufacturing products and communicate value to customers.
● Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and customer trainings as needed.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Proven track record in B2B outside sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
● Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
● Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and/or technical products.
● Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Salary Range $100K - $120K - $130

● A significant portion of the job responsibilities will require computer work that involves the continuous use of the fingers, hands, wrists, and sitting for long periods of time.
● The position also requires frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
● The position requires work in an office as well as travel to customers, suppliers, group meetings, etc.
