We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant ready to take the next step in their career. What will you be doing?
Build Strong Relationships – Engage with new and existing customers to identify opportunities and support retention.
Understand Customer Needs – Research and learn about customer businesses to provide tailored solutions.
Drive Results – Convert interactions into sales, generate leads, and support business development.
Support the Team – Be willing to assist with administrative tasks and collaborate across departments.
Scheduled Meetings – Attend regular offsite and virtual meetings to keep customers informed.
Resolve Queries – Manage customer queries with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
Market Research – Help identify and refine target markets for continued growth.
Maintain Records – Keep accurate customer records and daily activity logs.
Retention Programs – Support initiatives that help maintain loyalty and long-term partnerships.
What will you bring?
A positive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in learning and growing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivation to achieve targets and a drive for sales success
A collaborative approach and willingness to help with team tasks and admin work
Basic proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and CRM tools
Experience in sales, retail, or customer service (advantageous but not essential)
