Job Description

Are you an analytical problem-solver with a few years of experience, ready to take your career to the next level?

As a System Consultant, you will be at the heart of designing and shaping baggage handling systems during the early stages of major projects, playing a direct role in winning contracts. In this role, you will collaborate with specialists like Layout, Simulation, and Process Engineers, as well as work closely with our commercial team. Together, you will dive deep into the customer’s needs, analyzing their challenges, and transforming these into a well-thought-out sales concept. Your sharp analytical skills will be key—you will need to think on the spot, contribute insights in real-time, and confidently participate in high-level conversations with both customers and internal teams.

What sets this role apart is the level of strategic thinking involved. You will not only analyze data and technical details but also understand the bigger picture, helping to craft solutions that solve complex problems while delivering real business value. You will present your solutions to both the customer and our management team, convincing them with a well-reasoned, competitive proposal.

If you enjoy solving complex challenges, thinking fast during discussions, and working on high-stakes projects, this is the opportunity for you!

Your team
You will be joining the CC APS EMEA LATAM team, which focuses on the development of the Airport segment across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and LATAM (Latin America) regions. This region includes several key accounts in different market segments. In addition to driving growth in these regions, your department also supports Customer Centers globally with expertise in Sales Layout Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Sales Consultancy.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to help strengthen our team and support our ambitious growth plans.

Your responsibilities

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a business-to-business setting. But if you are earlier in your career, don't let that hold you back—strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of logistics processes can take you a long way in this role
  • You are great at analyzing customer logistics and turning that into smart, well-thought-out solutions
  • You can keep the big picture in mind while working through the finer details of a project
  • Well-developed influencing skills and leadership skills to guide both specialist and management to the winning system design
  • You are a strong communicator who knows how to adapt to different audiences, from technical experts to senior management
