Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B business development and consultative selling. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and promoting business support and workforce solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, client meetings, and digital platforms.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by qualifying leads and driving opportunities through the full sales cycle to successful closure.
  • Promote and sell business support services, including Employer of Record (EOR), outsourcing, payroll, and workforce solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions that address their business needs.
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients before and after onboarding.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
  • Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions using CRM and sales management tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and high-quality service delivery.


RequirementsEducation / Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience
  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative sales.
  • Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Strong experience in managing B2B accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Previous experience within HR services, outsourcing, business support services, Employer of Record (EOR), payroll solutions, or workforce solutions is highly preferred.
