• Independently generate new B2B
leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and
business outreach (lead generation to remain a core KPI).
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic B2B partnerships to enhance market
presence and revenue opportunities.
• Sell accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and compliance service
packages to SMEs and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients and
partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring smooth
communication and service delivery.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and propose
tailored accounting solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
end-to-end.
• Coordinate with internal accounting, compliance, and operations teams to
ensure successful onboarding and execution.
• Track and manage leads, pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance using
CRM systems.
• Stay updated on UAE accounting regulations, VAT, and corporate tax
requirements.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums
to generate leads and partnerships.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership
management (experience in accounting, auditing, consulting, or professional
services preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building
successful B2B relationships.
