Sales Consultant (Key Account Manager)
In NIQ we are currently looking for an experienced colleague to join our sales team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of our esteemed long-term clients, who are prominent FMCG manufacturers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing important client relationships and driving business growth.
What will be the scope of your work?
- Managing a dedicated portfolio of clients consisting of prominent players in the FMCG industry (Account Development). You will cultivate and maintain relationships with these clients while collaborating with their teams to address specific challenges.
- Maintaining regular communication with key personnel on the client's side, including departments such as marketing, sales, research, and top management.
- Taking responsibility for contract renewals and presenting additional services and solutions based on a comprehensive understanding of the client's requirements.
- Engaging in daily internal communication, primarily with the Customer Service and Analytics Insights departments.
What will you need for the position?
- 2-4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in another Account Development position (preferably in the FMCG environment)
- Excellent business, negotiation and communication skills
- Independence, reliability, endurance and the ability to orientate quickly
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) for effective communication with clients and internal collaboration with foreign branches.
- Proficiency in Czech/Slovak
- Ability to analyze data (while analysis is not the primary focus, proficiency in working with tables and numbers is essential).
