We are looking for SAP Incentive Management Sales Commission Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team in Noida or Hyderabad, who can support in leading best-in-class sales compensation processes and activities through our SAP Incentive system to enable sales compensation to be a driver to support business objectives. The candidate should be able to meet operational performance objectives, identifies, and execute on ideas that allow for continuous improvement in existing processes. Works collaboratively with internal teams and respective Sales Operations team and with key external stakeholders from sales to ensure departmental objectives are met.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments.
- Minimum 3 years working with SAP Incentive Management (SAP Commissions formerly Callidus).
- Working knowledge of principles like Bonus vs. commission, Draws, Variable commission weightings
- Bachelors/University level degree in related Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or operations field required
- Ability to listen effectively and obtain necessary information in order to do business successfully in a virtual environment.
- Working knowledge of principles like Bonus vs. commission, Draws, Variable commission weightings
- Within the SAP Incentive Management system, should have working experience with:
- SAP HANA
- Rules and Configuration
- Embedded Analytics (SAP SAC Lite)
- Dashboard designing
- Advanced Maths /SQL / PSQL / VBA
- Experience with data integration (e.g. Informatica)
- Experience with SOX and general business compliance

What will you be doing in this role?
- Responsible for the ongoing operational configuration, rule creation, calculations, workflow management, user setup and data administration of SAP Incentive Management System (formerly Callidus).
- Direct responsibility for all technical and reporting builds and testing within Callidus, including partnering with internal teams directly as needed to deliver more complex or custom solutions.
- Drive continuous data and functional integration opportunities to and from key business systems (ERP, BI, CRM, etc) and execute, in partnership with business counterparts, on the technical implementations of these.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Commissions, and Territory Planning on the design of world-class commission plans, looking for innovative and automated ways to support within Callidus.
- In partnership with commissions and business stakeholders, support design of market leading visual user and reporting experience, including workflow and analytical dashboards.
- Manage relationship with Sales Operations functions, including escalation handling and represent the Clarivate voice in driving product enhancements.
- Provide overall governance of the system, results and payments and support SOX and general business compliance.
- Manage extraction and cleansing of all commission data to and from business systems and FTP input into commission system.
- Run calculations, validations, and error corrections through the release of results to end-users and execution of payment workflows.
- Prepare post-payment financial reporting and reconciliation of results.
- Deliver technical solutions for agile in-year components to support special incentives/competitions (SPIFFS).
- Provide end-user and admin training on the system to Sales and Commissions.
- 1st-line support for resolution of all technical and data disputes.
- Collaborate with SAP team through multiple check-ins to discuss and share ideas on product improvements.
- Work as the technical owner of the SAP Incentive system at Clarivate and deliver best in class service to Sales Commissions & Sales.
Overall responsibility for ensuring the system continuously evolves and deliver on being a true sales motivation platform, whilst being extremely precise, agile, and technically market-leading.
About the Team –
This role would be under the combined Sales Support & Sales Commissions team in LSH. We are a team of 14 individuals serving a community of 200+ sales professionals.
Hours of Work -2 PM to 11 PM IST (Mon-Friday).
Location- Hyderabad/Noida
