We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Anaplan Commission Analyst to support our sales compensation processes. This role will involve leveraging Anaplan to design, maintain, and optimize commission models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain commission models in Anaplan, ensuring they reflect the latest sales strategies and compensation plans.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and HR teams to gather requirements and implement commission structures.
- Analyze commission data and generate reports to provide insights on sales performance and compensation effectiveness.
- Perform regular audits of commission calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in the design and execution of commission plans, including quota setting and territory management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in commission calculation and reporting.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Anaplan functionalities and commission processes.
- Stay updated with Anaplan best practices and industry trends to enhance model efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Anaplan; certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sales compensation principles and practices is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a finance or sales operations role.
- Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages for data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
