Geotab is seeking a Sales Incentive Manager to support the Senior Sales Incentive Manager as the day-to-day operational lead for sales incentive planning and administration. What you'll do:The Sales Incentive Manager supports plan design and execution across Revenue Generation (Rev Gen), maintains accurate performance reporting, and ensures timely communication and issue resolution. This role serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day incentive operations and steps in for the Senior Sales Incentive Manager on defined workstreams, escalating strategic, policy, and material-risk decisions as appropriate.
How you'll make an impact:Support the end-to-end administration process for sales incentive plans for all Rev Gen teams, including sales, account management, business development. This includes gathering and organizing inputs for commission structures, quotas, accelerators, and other incentive components, with final design decisions escalated to the Senior Sales Incentive Manager.
Coordinate the implementation and ongoing execution of sales compensation plans, working with relevant internal teams (e.g., RevOps, Finance, HR) to ensure accurate calculation and timely payout.
Maintain recurring reporting to track sales performance against incentive plans. Generate quarterly performance reports for all Rev Gen teams, highlighting key trends, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Prepare sales quarterly results comms to all Rev Gen team members. Serve as the primary point of contact for individual inquiries regarding attainment, commission calculations, and plan mechanics, providing clear and concise explanations.
Investigate and resolve routine commission discrepancies or issues in a timely and accurate manner, escalating material or policy-related issues to the Senior Sales Incentive Manager.
Monitor plan performance and feedback, identify operational improvement opportunities, and escalate recommendations to the Senior Sales Incentive Manager for consideration in future plan design.
Support RevOps by compiling analysis and coordinating inputs used to establish sales quotas across Rev Gen.
Foster strong working relationships with RevOps, Finance, Human Resources, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless execution and support of sales compensation initiatives.
5–8 years of experience in sales compensation design and administration, with a proven track record of managing complex incentive plans in fast-paced, high-growth, channel, and direct sales environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted
Working knowledge of various sales compensation methodologies (e.g., commission, bonus, accelerators), including in a channel led organization.
Strong skills in sales performance reporting, reporting, and analysis.
Proficiency in sales compensation software (e.g., Varicent)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences (from individual contributors to senior leadership).
Ability to build relationships and coordinate cross-functional work.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience in the technology, SaaS, or telematics industry is an asset.
Familiarity with Salesforce and/ or other CRM and PRM systems is a plus.

The annual base salary for this position is the expected annual salary for this role, and may be subject to change. - Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret large datasets and identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies
- Problem-solving skills to investigate compensation issues and determine root causes
- Communication skills to explain compensation calculations, policies, and reporting results to stakeholders
