Job Description

  • Implementing the Field Sales Competency Model in line with the JDE global sales competency toolkit.
  • Managing all training and development processes for the sales team.
  • Organizing and overseeing in-house training activities for both new hires and existing sales team members, ensuring their implementation.
  • Developing and delivering the programs and modules in line with the Field Sales Excellence (FSE) Program content.
  • Assessing and implementing the training needs and development plans of the sales teams.
  • Developing and implementing leadership programs for Regional Managers with a coaching perspective.
  • Reviewing and localizing training content from the Global JDE World and implementing it.
  • Initiating projects to ensure the evaluation of the sales team through a scorecard.
  • Working closely with Human Resources department to ensure a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
  • Conducting joint fieldwork to monitor implementation, recognize strong performers, highlight best practices, identify areas for improvement, and taking action.
  • Creating and implementing programs to ensure the sustainability of applied training and development programs.
  • Maintaining training evaluation reports and taking action based on feedback received.
  • Monitoring online training processes for the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning system, encouraging the sales team to participate in these processes.
  • Preparing training budgets and controlling expenditures within the allocated budgets.
  • Ensuring Sales Supervisors are competent to conduct competency-based recruitment interviews for new hires within the distributor team.
  • Designing development programs for employees selected for the 'Talent Pool' and ensuring they receive training or coaching within these programs.
  • Initiating projects to raise awareness among the sales team on Health and Safety topics. (Safe driving, distributor warehouse conditions, fieldwork, distributor employees' fieldwork, managing Health and Safety processes for JDE visual tools and all materials.)

Qualifications

• BA preferably in Economics /Management/ Finance, MBA is a plus
• Experience in field sales, sales capability, learning&development, preferably in an international FMCG company
• Extensive experience in sales capability measurement techniques & KPI tracking & sales capability training delivery
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment
• Strong influential skills, very good communicator, able to fully engage key stakeholders for implementing JDE strategies and deliver stretch business results
• Accurate, flexible thinking, time management skills, high analytical skills, 
• Team player, hands-on, proactive, excellent communication skills, independent/self-starter, eager to learn and further develop, act with a sense of urgency
• Fluency in English & Turkish
