CCH Tagetik, part of the Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Performance & ESG division, is seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Sales Business Retention Representative to manage and execute contract renewals across our Italian customer base. This role is pivotal in securing recurring revenue through strategic price negotiations, churn mitigation, and effective pipeline management.
You will:
Lead renewal negotiations with Italian clients and resellers, ensuring annual price increases are applied in line with company policy.
Proactively manage renewal pipeline, maintaining high levels of organization and prioritization across accounts.
Engage with senior client stakeholders to discuss contract terms, pricing adjustments, and renewal strategies.
Mitigate churn by recalculating license fees based on current price lists to offset reductions in software usage.
Independently manage the full renewal cycle, from initial outreach to contract closure.
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of renewal performance and pipeline health.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth execution of renewal agreements.
Ensure compliance with internal pricing and discounting guidelines.
Your profile:
Proven experience in B2B renewals management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of driving revenue through renewals.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level client stakeholders.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and renewal tracking systems.
Strong analytical skills to assess churn risk and pricing impact.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
