Internship Opportunity: Join Lilly’s Hematology Team!
Lilly is opening a new chapter in Hematology—anchored in innovative science, strategic commitment, and meaningful partnerships with clinicians and patient communities. We are currently launching our first product in Hematology, developed to treat patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). As we strive for cross-functional excellence, this internship will place you at the heart of this exciting moment, offering hands-on experience in launch preparation, omnichannel engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to bring meaningful innovation to patients.
Internship Overview
As part of the launch of the chronic lymphocytic leukemia indication for Pirtobrutinib, the intern will support both internal teams and the field force in several launch reaactivities. The role will focus on developing an internal readiness pathway and on preparing and validating promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team in organizing Field Force Readiness for the launch
- Assist in developing a cross-functional communication strategy aligned with product strategy and positioning, adaptable to each stakeholder.
- Collaborate with the Omnichannel Customer Engagement Manager to promote a digital-first approach.
- Participate in Brand Team meetings and Marketing Community Calls, engaging with marketing colleagues from other countries and business units to share best practices.
- Close collaboration with cross-functional partners, external agencies, and clinicians, ensuring strong feedback collection throughout the execution phase.
