We’re now looking for a Sales Business Manager to help grow and develop our Public Access portfolio within the South of the UK.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (UK & Ireland), you’ll be responsible for driving sustainable business growth across both direct and indirect (3rd-party distributor) channels. You’ll manage existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new opportunities, consistently delivering against financial and strategic objectives.

This is a highly visible, field-based role offering autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on public safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales within your territory in line with regional strategy and targets

  • Develop and execute a robust territory and account sales plan, presenting recommendations to management for approval

  • Maximise sales opportunities across the full sales cycle—from product introduction and demonstrations through to negotiation and contract closure

  • Identify, map, and engage key decision-makers (clinical, administrative, and economic), key opinion leaders, and referral points

  • Strengthen and expand existing customer accounts while actively developing new business

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders involved in the purchasing process

  • Work closely with distributor partners to drive aligned growth and performance

  • Attend and represent Stryker at key industry events, exhibitions, and congresses

  • Provide high-quality technical product support in line with territory guidelines

  • Deliver effective product training and education using Stryker’s tools and resources

  • Continuously develop knowledge of products, technology, market trends, and sales processes

Who We’re Looking For

Dedicated Achievers
You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and take pride in delivering results that meet the highest standards.

Effective Communicators
You can translate complex information into clear, compelling messages for customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.

Customer-Focused Professionals
You bring a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for delivering value and exceptional customer experiences.

Team Players
You collaborate naturally, share ideas openly, and contribute positively to a high-performing team culture.

Charismatic Networkers
You build meaningful relationships with ease and know how to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Need
  • Proven success in a sales role (Diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred)

  • Experience managing indirect or distributor sales channels

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Experience within the medical device or regulated healthcare environment (preferred)

  • Confident, persuasive, and resilient approach to sales

  • High levels of self-motivation, patience, and persistence

  • Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to change

  • Strong teamwork and networking skills

  • Principal residence within the sales territory

  • Full, valid UK driving licence
