Job Purpose:
The Sales & Business Development role at PRECISION MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES is designed to drive growth and expand our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can effectively communicate the value of our medical technology solutions to prospective clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages of our offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that contribute to the company's revenue goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the medical technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare market and medical technologies.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills Required
