Develops CNC programs, manufacturing methods, cost estimates, tooling requirements, inspection sheets, and process improvements for machining operations. Supports machinists with job setup and machine operation, collaborates on scheduling alternatives, maintains quality and safety standards, trains shop personnel, and contributes to ISO and continuous improvement initiatives.

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce precision medical components to spec. Interpret drawings, perform maintenance and troubleshooting, inspect parts for quality, document machine settings, collaborate with engineering, and train junior machinists while following safety and company procedures.

Develop and maintain CNC programs and manufacturing methods, generate RFQ cost estimates, create inspection/process sheets, support machinist setup, drive continuous improvement, ensure quality/ISO compliance, and provide training and safety leadership.

Operate and maintain Swiss lathes and CNC/manual machines to produce precision medical components; perform routine maintenance, inspect parts for quality, troubleshoot equipment, document production, follow safety procedures, and collaborate to improve workflow.
