Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will challenge the status quo with innovative solutions, drive new customer acquisitions, and deliver on key sales metrics. You will be responsible for contributing to our business growth in the Food Service & Retail sector by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify and engage new customer opportunities, with a focus on acquisition and expanding Diversey's footprint in the market.
- Technical Sales Expertise: Apply technical knowledge of our products and services to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Challenge existing ideas and propose actionable solutions to complex business challenges.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, including customer acquisition, growth, and lead conversion.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with the ability to think critically about business growth strategies.
- Technical Sales Skills: Proven ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of our products and how they solve customer problems.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated experience in delivering numbers, meeting sales targets, or driving customer acquisition.

- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred in B2B Business setting.
