Sales Business Developer

We're looking for a Sales Business Developer to join our team in CABA, Argentina. This is your chance to take your career to the next level in a global company, work alongside an energetic and ambitious team, and play a key role in expanding EF's reach across the market.
You'll be the bridge between EF and the institutions that shape young people's futures: building partnerships with schools, universities, and companies, generating leads, and creating real business opportunities. No two days look the same, just strategic thinking, meaningful relationships, and a team that's genuinely rooting for you from day one.
Your Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify and open new business opportunities with schools, universities, companies, industry associations, and academic institutions to generate partnerships, leads, and business growth.
Generate leads and proactively reach out to prospective schools, universities, and businesses.
Foster and develop long-term relationships with partners and clients, ensuring commitments are fulfilled with consistency and professionalism.
Think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting goals to continuously develop and improve business.
Meet with customers and partners face to face, via Zoom, or over the phone.
Negotiate and identify win-win solutions with a consultative and entrepreneurial approach.
Create and execute a timely activity plan by participating in events such as fairs, exhibitions, presentations, and networking events.
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI targets, working with focus and resilience under pressure.
Report on activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to your line manager.
Deliver confident pitches and presentations to educational institutions and corporate partners.
Representing EF with clear, structured, and impactful communication in every environment.
Organize events and lead our referral and loyalty programs to strengthen brand presence and drive lead generation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field.
Relevant experience in sales and/or marketing. B2B or education/travel industry experience is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. A third language is a bonus.
Having studied, worked, or lived abroad is preferred.
Comfortable using CRM tools and sales software.
Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
