About The Role
The sales team in Norway is looking for a new customer-focused and analytical Business Consultant. We offer you a challenging and developing role, with the opportunity to showcase measurable results. You get your own customer portfolio, with some of the most iconic brands on the Norwegian FMCG market.
This is a role designed to build and develop strong partnerships with strategic Clients to drive their satisfaction and inspire them. To be successful you need to be good at coordinating with various teams with different expertise and backgrounds across the globe. You must be fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish) and proficient in English. You need a commercial mindset with a large degree of curiosity and willingness to go the long way for your clients. A successful NIQ-consultant understands his or her clients and helps them to achieve their goals.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably master's degree in business administration, business and finance or marketing.
- A few years of previous work experience is preferred. Relevant jobs in the Retail, FMCG or consulting industry are very beneficial
- Fluent in Norwegian (written and oral) or other Scandinavian languages
- Strong business English

We offer:
- 550,000 - 630,000 NOK Annually. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.
- In addition, a variable remuneration, for example in the form of a performance or sales related bonus, will be granted for this position.
