Responsibilities
As a BDC Administrator, you will manage incoming sales leads, respond to customer inquiries, and set quality appointments for the sales team. Your goal is to create the best first impression and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every customer. You will communicate through phone, email, text, and online platforms while maintaining accurate records and consistent follow‑up.
- Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
- Set quality appointments for the sales team and communicate all necessary information.
- Ensure timely follow‑up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track all customer interactions using store‑specific CRM systems.
- Stay up to date on current promotions, inventory, and dealership processes.
- Work closely with sales management to support department goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive sales is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and digital communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills and working knowledge of computers.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
