Sales Back Office Representative (f/m/d)

As a Sales Back Office Representative (m/f/d), you will be part of an international sales team and one of the key points of contact for existing customers, business partners, and potential clients. With your commitment and service-oriented mindset, you proactively address tasks and customer inquiries, coordinate requests, and ensure that your interlocutor receives the best possible support.

You Will Make an Impact By:

Customer Service and Business support

• All correspondence to customers e.g. price increases, sales contracts, bonus agreements, quotations, stock agreements, MSDS, TDS and customer contact regards delivery times or any other customer service related issues
• To liaise with all involved departments to ensure a satisfactory service to our internal/external customers
• To support Credit Control activities with the support of Finance- and the Business Manager
• Compile with customers to the delivery performance KPI’s
• Identify, report and follow up on customer complaints
• Support on Marketing and Communication initiatives e.g., product campaigns, direct mailing, etc
• Work together with the Northern Europe Supply Chain Cluster and Business Management
• Work together with Business Management on Sales- and stock forecast

E-commerce

• Follow and monitor the sales order process
• Support onboarding and guiding of (new) customers
• Cooperation with the e-commerce team related to commercial items

Warehouse management support

• Correspondences and shipping documents to customers
• Assist with the annual stock take
• Support with audits and follow-up on the outcomes

Other

• To comply with the Company policies and procedures, and departmental procedures, as described in the Integrated Management Systems documentation
• Part of the internal audit team (ISO 9001-2015)
• Where reasonably practicable, to prevent pollution and minimize the impact of activities on the environment
• All other activities and support requested by management

Required Skills:

• Strong results and customer orientation combined with a pronounced proactive work approach
• Willingness to learn and openness to change
• Enjoyment of teamwork paired with a hands-on mentality and intercultural competence
• Knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
• Basic knowledge of SAP applications, CRM systems, and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
