The sales automation specialist is responsible for management and adoption of the overall sales IT infrastructure in conjunction with vendor teams. This involves smooth running of the applications, understanding requirements and getting necessary changes done and driving the usage of the tools. DMS & SFA are the key enabler in driving secondary sale for Signify India hence this role will be critical in achieving this objective.
What you will do
- Oversee the development and managing DMS & SFA Platforms, ensuring that it meets user needs and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform development with business goals and priorities.
- Lead adoption of DMS & SFA, responsible for managing the DMS and SFA operations. Oversee a large team of vendor support professionals to ensure that user inquiries are addressed and resolved within the specified time frame.
- Gather user feedback to inform platform development and enhancement.
- Develop and manage platform roadmaps, timelines, and development.
- Manage platform development teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Communicate platform development progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices related to platform development and management.
- Develop and conduct sales analytics using business applications (tools) data to translate them into actionable sales & marketing actions. Review and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Your Qualifications and Skill set
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business management, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of proven track record in a sales automation, commercial operations, IT product management or channel marketing (distribution channel) role in a fast-paced industry.
