Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon, India. As a Regional Sales Manager for Security & Surveillance solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth in enterprise/corporate, government and other key accounts in region. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our market presence in the high-tech security and surveillance industry.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales 

    targets.

  • The profile will involve frequent traveling to all North India & East India states frequently, meeting end customers, system integrators/channel partners.
  • Managing the system integrators/channel partners, accelerate business growth by making them more loyal to the brand and organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects and the delivery of exceptional solutions to clients.
  • Leverage partnerships to drive strategic growth and align with organizational strategies.
  • Consistently articulate our value proposition in a clear and compelling manner, both in written and verbal communication.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and thrive in a

    dynamic environment.

  • Exhibit a "can do" attitude, taking ownership of accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/IT Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • 8 - 12 years of proven experience in high-tech security and surveillance products, demonstrating a strong sales track record.
  • Exceptional sales skills and a history of success in Enterprise/Corporate accounts.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment.
