- Proactively identify and engage high-potential leads within target sectors, specifically brands and market research agencies.
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Rigorously qualify both inbound and outbound prospects to ensure alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Secure and manage high-quality meetings for senior sales leadership, ensuring a seamless handoff process.
- Partner with the Marketing team to execute targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives that convert interest into opportunity.
- Maintain meticulous records within our CRM, ensuring all pipeline data, contact info, and activities are accurate and actionable.
- Build and curate sophisticated prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other cutting-edge data tools.
- Develop a deep understanding of the PureSpectrum platform and value proposition to effectively communicate our "why" to the market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical work experience).
- 2-4 years of proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or high-volume customer-facing roles. You aren't afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation.
- Previous exposure to SaaS, tech-led businesses, or the market research industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional networking and identifying key stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) to manage a workflow and track activities.
- An ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and a natural comfort in engaging with diverse personalities.
