- Deliver a personalized and memorable luxury customer service experience.
- Proactively recruit new clients and maintain a strong personal client book.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with local and international customers through consistent follow-ups.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Jimmy Choo collections, materials, and trends.
- Share the brand’s heritage and story enthusiastically with clients.
- Act as a role model, embodying the sophisticated, glamorous, and stylish image of Jimmy Choo.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including stock management, inventory, and replenishment.
- Maintain strict adherence to visual merchandising guidelines to ensure the boutique looks pristine.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Czech (both spoken and written). Additional languages (e.g., Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic) are a strong advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
