About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for delivering amazing hospitality and driving a great customer experience—while supporting daily operations and hitting individual goals.
Sales & Hospitality
Use our Guide Sales Process to connect customers with the right bikes, gear, and services.
Develop your sales and customer service skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience.
Utitlize Lead Lists to stay engaged with customers and drive sales.
Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay aligned with the team.
Make customer-focused decisions and do the right thing to create positive experiences.
Respond to phone calls and store emails with professionalism and helpfulness.
Assist with UBG/Warranty cases—support customers, document exchanges, and coordinate with the Inventory DRI.
Product Knowledge
Learn about Trek bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing required learning modules and continuing education.
Store Operations
Help with store opening/closing, operate Ascend POS, and complete end-of-day cash-up.
Execute responsibilities as directed by the Store Manager.
Wear the Trek uniform and present yourself to Trek’s professional standard.
When Not with Customers, You’ll Help:
Complete the Daily Task List.
Maintain product displays and merchandising in line with Visual Merchandising Directives (product placement, price auditing, restocking).
Perform weekly Cycle Counts for inventory accuracy.
Assemble or pre-assemble new bikes and assist in preparing customer bikes for service.
Keep the showroom and back-of-house clean, organized, and efficient.
