Job Title: Sales Associate, Japan

Job Type: Full Time

Reports To: Country GM

Role Purpose: To support the sales strategy, assist with generating leads, and ensure a smooth and delightful experience for our tenants.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist with implementing sales strategies to drive occupancy across properties
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential tenants to guide them through the sales process
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely launches and ramp-up of new properties
  • Provide customer insights to support portfolio growth and improvements
  • Analyze key sales metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the tenant journey
  • Help coordinate pricing updates for rooms and re-pricing of the existing portfolio
  • Support contract negotiations and implementation of rental adjustments, including price increases
  • Build relationships with property agents, corporate clients, and other partners to generate leads
  • Assist with developing the B2B channel for corporate bookings and partnerships
  • Maintain and improve sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness

What makes you a great fit:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment
  • Business Level English
  • College or University degree in any field
  • Experience using CRM software e.g. Salesforce/Hubspot etc.
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to quickly build rapport with customers
  • High drive for results
  • Customer empathy and focus
