Personnel and roles we are looking for

The Channel Sales Account Manager is responsible for the success of growing Adobe's revenue in Digital Medial Solutions. The role directly manages channel partners in Japan to generate revenue by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Let's rewrite Japanese society in a more fun and creative way by spreading Adobe products through our partners.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of partner sales experience or 3+ years of end-user selling experience
  • Sales experience in the IT industry. Experience in achieving sales targets.
  • Experience selling software product solutions.
  • Degree in business, IT, marketing, or other field.
  • Highly motivated and proactive in sales activities, related tasks, and other company-wide projects.
  • Passionate and proactive team player who can provide great inspiration to team members
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Japanese (must be able to read, write and speak business level English). Business level English reading, writing and speaking is a plus.
  • Exceptional business ethics and integrity.

求めている人材と役割

  • チャネルセールス アカウントマネージャーは、パートナーを通じて、デジタルメディアソリューション(Creative CloudやDocument Cloud事業領域)製品やサービスの売上を最大化する役割となります。
  • チャネルセールスアカウントマネージャーは、日本国内の大手チャネルパートナー(ディストリビューター/リセラー)を直接管理し、新しいビジネスチャンスを創出し実行することで収益の最大化を目指す役割となります。
  • 担当パートナーの顧客へ、パートナーと協業し提案活動を行います。

具体的な職務内容

  • チャネルパートナー(ディストリビューター/リセラー)の販売プランの策定~管理
  • アドビが目指すチャネルストラテジー、パートナーエコシステムの開発/協業
  • 四半期毎の売上目標の達成、達成までの各種活動の実行
  • パートナー自身の年間、四半期毎の販売プランの策定支援やアドバイス、週単位での売上見込/実績などのレビュー活動
  • パートナーと共にビジネス分析を行い、売上拡大、アップセル、クロスセルの対象となるアカウントの特定と提案活動の実施
  • 新しいビジネス分野、可能性を見出し、パートナーと協力して新しい市場セグメントでのビジネス拡大
  • サブスクリプションライセンスでの更新ビジネス、案件の管理と維持、売上最大化
  • パートナーはもちろん、パートナー顧客/エンドユーザーへの協業提案、及び対象がNamedエンドユーザーの場合にはアドビハイタッチ営業との協業提案・リード創出アクションの策定
  • パートナー役員との定期的なコミュニケーション
  • パートナーセールスチーム内はもちろん、社内関係部門との積極的なコミュニケーション
  • チャネル/セールスプログラム推進
  • 社内関係部門と協力しながらパートナーへの製品トレーニングなどの随時実施
  • 担当がディストリビューターの場合は、その先のリセラーに対するEnablementプランの策定~実行
  • 各パートナーのマーケティング部門と協力し、パートナーのWebコンテンツやSMSを活用したデジタルマーケティングプランの策定~PDCAを実行する

望ましいスキルと経験

  • 5年以上のパートナーセールス経験 もしくは3年以上のエンドユーザーへのセール経験
  • IT業界でのセールス経験。売上目標達成した経験がある事
  • ソフトウェア製品のソリューション販売経験がある事
  • パートナーへのデジタルマーケティングプラン提案経験
  • ビジネス、IT、マーケティングなどの分野で学位を取得している事
  • モチベーションが高く、営業活動や関係業務、その他全社的なプロジェクトに積極的に取り組む事ができる方
  • チームメンバーに大きな刺激を与える情熱があり、積極的にチームワークを発揮できる方
  • 優れた言語コミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力を有する方
  • 日本語が堪能ある事。(ビジネスレベルの英語の読み書き、会話ができれば尚可)
  • 卓越したビジネス倫理と誠実さをもっている事
