In This Role
- Drive sales by building strong customer relationships through exceptional service and strategic design expertise
- Serve as a Four Hands product, pricing, and systems expert, using design expertise to support and grow customer relationships across the Austin market
- Execute design plans within customer standards, ensuring consistency and quality of work within design and deliverables
- Participate and lead product design presentations to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Consistently and proactively support customers throughout every stage of the customer journey
- Prepare daily reconciliation of shipments, deliveries, and customer payments
- Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals and profitability targets
- Participate in weekly store meetings to receive information, strategy, and training
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all outside vendors
- Partner with development and management of outside designer programs
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or design required
- Ability to work weekends required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; PowerPoint required
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills; driven to achieve sales goals
- Excellent written and verbal communications
