This person will manage and engage different stakeholders such as government authorities, non-governmental organizations, and business chambers strategies to amplify validated learnings across Thailand markets.
Responsibilities หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- หาลูกค้าธุรกิจ (Telesale) และสอนการใช้งานในช่วงแรก
- ให้ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าธุรกิจ
- รับเรื่องจากฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (Customer Services) และติดต่อกลับลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะด้าน
- ประสานงานฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในบริษัท
- ทำรีพอร์ตเพื่อสรุปข้อมูลปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่สัปดาห์ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ พร้อมกับหาแนวทางการแก้ไข
Qualifications คุณสมบัติ
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่,ยินดีรับผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะได้ดี
