Position Summary: Help the sales team in fostering client relationships and capturing residential new home sales by demonstrating product features and providing relative information to potential home buyers. Provides administrative support throughout the sales contract process.Duties / Responsibilities:
- Provide extraordinary customer service and must completely understand and effectively communicate all product offerings, building processes, financing plans, and mortgage process to help guide prospects/buyers.
- Prepare various reports accurately and completely including competition reports for all the company’s competitors in their division, Sales and Traffic reports for the communities.
- Answers telephones and schedules appointments for sales consultants.
- Greet potential home buyers and provide community brochures/information
- Collates sales materials including brochures and literature; maintains appropriate supplies.
- Ensure model home is clean and orderly (remove all trash, stock fridge, etc.)
- Timely opening and closing of model home and complete opening/closing checklist
- Assist Sales Professional with various activities including but not limited to updating CRM systems
- Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or above.
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and diligence in following up with leads
- Must be able to work evenings as needed as well as weekends.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- High standards of conduct, efficiency and productivity
- Ability to effectively multitask, handling various projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers.
- Must be team oriented, and motivated.
- It is required that all new home sales assistants dress in business professional attire and keep a professional appearance
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
