We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact! You will play a key role in supporting the team, driving sales performance, and helping to create a positive experience for our loyal customer base Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.
What you’ll do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice to customers
- Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices
About you
You’re hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Leadership is a growth area, and you’re ready to develop your skills while supporting the team.
You’ll also bring:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Strong work ethic and organisational skills
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers
- Basic computer literacy
