We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Busselton, Australia. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, providing exceptional support to our sales team and customers.   • Receive, process, and manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism
  • Provide comprehensive product and service information to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems and CRM software
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Assist in organizing sales materials, inventory information, and customer databases

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Upper Secondary School education or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn CRM software
  • Sound understanding of sales procedures, order processing, and customer management systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in a sales assistant or similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with sales terminology and business processes
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
  • Knowledge of the products or services relevant to our industry
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate insights
