SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

In this position, you will be the main point of contact to develop strong customer relationships by utilising Jotun sales tools and techniques to achieve budgeted sales and more. Providing technical support to ensure a good customer experience will also be part of this exciting role with the main aim is to increase Jotun market share and profitability.

This position is part of our MEIA Graduate Program targeting candidates who have more than 3 years of experience. Through this program, you will accelerate your career through personal development plans, local or international assignments, challenging and exciting tasks, and focused training programs.
This position will be based in Cairo, Egypt and will be reporting to the Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Adopt strong customer relationships to contribute to overall sales turnover whilst developing customer account plans by identifying needs and prioritizing resources to maintain customer satisfaction
- Secure profitable growth opportunities in assigned accounts and ensure Jotun products are utilized by coordinating and following up with project personnel
- Promote products and solutions through visits, presentations and follow-ups with owners and consultants, addressing inquiries to ensure Jotun is specified for projects
- Prepare proposals to attract new business, boost sales, and secure larger project orders
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, respond to queries, and inspect painting to ensure timely completion and optimal coating performance
- Provide technical service and guidance to customers through regular facility visits, ensuring proper product application and respond to sales and technical inquiries from customers
- Efficiently manage the Egyptian distributor channel by building warehouse stocks and ensure prompt payment collection
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look For:
Essential;
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- More than 3 years of sales experience within a manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Ms Office tools
- Valid light vehicle Egyptian driving license
- Fluent in Arabic
Preferred;
- Powder/Paints Sales experience
- Business Administration Bachelor's degree
