The Sales & Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving move ins, occupancy and showcasing the vibrant lifestyle our community offers. This dynamic leader excels in relationship-building, lead management, professional outreach and delivering personalized experiences that inspire referral sources, prospective residents and their families. Working collaboratively with the sales team, this role ensures exceptional customer service, meets performance goals, and promotes the community’s unique value.

What You'll Do as a Sales & Marketing Manager:
- Deliver memorable community experiences. Lead engaging and personalized tours that highlight how our community aligns with each prospective resident’s needs. Coordinate with department leaders to create seamless, tailored visit experiences.
- Leverage proven LCS SalesFIRST and ExSell standards & checklists. Including but not limited to responding promptly to inquiries from customers and referral sources to ensure speed to lead and persistent follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce.
- Support families through important decisions. Offer empathetic, professional, and highly personalized support to prospective residents and their families as they navigate their senior living options.
- Drive strategic business growth. Develop and manage a comprehensive business development plan across all levels of care, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Build strong external partnerships. Lead outreach efforts by cultivating relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, and community organizations.
- Expand referral networks. Identify new referral sources and strategic community partnerships that increase awareness and drive occupancy results.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives. Partner with the marketing team to create outreach campaigns, promotional materials, and community-engagement strategies that elevate visibility and brand awareness.
- Stay ahead of the market. Monitor local trends, competitor activity, and demographic shifts to inform positioning and outreach strategies.
- Be the face of the community. Represent the community at industry events, conferences, health fairs, and networking engagements with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Prepare reports, track sales metrics and perform other duties as directed by the Director of Marketing & Sales.

- Bachelor’s degree (emphasis in sales/marketing preferred).
- Two years’ experience in marketing/sales.
- One year experience in senior housing, healthcare-related, or hospitality field strongly preferred.
