You will be involved in the following activities:
Observe and learn from experienced marketing specialists and a large marketing team
Help with daily administrative tasks within the marketing department (e.g purchase orders, events invitation letters, materials requests..)
SHIFT system use for the movements of marketing materials
Involvement in frequent cross functional activities and updates
Support the team with the elaboration of Excel files and Power Point presentations
Gain insights on the very diversified activities that a marketing team faces day by day
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields
Good English (minimum level: B2)
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a strong motivation to learn the Sales & Marketing Specialist role.
