What you’ll Do

As a result of significant strategic investment, we are now expanding our Trade Support team in the UK&I and are looking for Sales and Marketing Executives to elevate our customer relationships, strengthen brand presence, and drive commercial success. In this exciting role, you'll provide expert product support, deliver impactful training, support local marketing activation, and tackle troubleshooting challenges head-on. 

 

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you'll be at the forefront of promoting our innovative products to end users, dealers, and industry stakeholders. Through developing your technical expertise, solution-based selling, and ability to execute targeted marketing activities, you will be key in enhancing sales performance, increasing brand awareness, and supporting demand generation across your region. You will also play an important role in bringing marketing plans to life at a local level, supporting product launches, in-store activation, dealer campaigns, merchandising excellence, and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Be a Product and Brand Ambassador: Share your deep product knowledge and provide technical training to boost adoption, confidence, and efficiency. 

  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Solve technical challenges and work with sales teams to turn leads into loyal customers. 

  • Strengthen Dealer and Partner Connections: Conduct joint activities and lead product demonstrations at dealer events. 

  • Support Regional Marketing Activation: Execute local marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launch activities in partnership with sales and marketing teams. 

  • Boost Brand Visibility: Represent us at trade events, customer days, and dealer activations, engaging stakeholders and coordinating with partners for seamless execution. 

  • Drive In-Store Excellence: Support merchandising, point-of-sale visibility, and brand presentation to ensure our products stand out in customer and dealer environments. 

  • Showcase Product Excellence: Lead testing sessions and use consultative selling to match customers with the right solutions. 

  • Generate Market Insight: Gather customer, competitor, and channel feedback to help shape future sales and marketing strategies. 

  • Drive Customer Success: Build strong relationships, offering ongoing support and identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey and product experience. 

 

Who You Are 

Candidates must hold a recent business-related degree and demonstrate relevant skills and experience suitable for the role. We welcome applications from recent graduates and those with early career experience. 

 

  • An interest in a career within Account Management, Marketing or Product Management/Marketing 

  • Full UK driver’s license 

  • Commercial acumen, with an understanding of how sales support, customer engagement, and marketing activity work together to drive growth 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and train diverse audiences. 

  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset 

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and channel partners to deliver strong execution
